How do I order a product on your website?

Select the product you wish to purchase and click ‘add to cart’. Either click ‘view cart’ on the red bar that appears or click the cart icon in the top right to go to your cart. You can then continue to browse and add other items to your cart or just proceed to checkout.

How do I use a voucher or coupon code?

Once you have added your products to the cart, you can view the cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right. This will display your cart where you are given the opportunity to present and apply a coupon to your order.

How do I search for a product?

The search bar can be found in the top right of the website. Just type in a keyword such as a brand, an artist, an album or a product.

Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

No you can checkout without creating an account.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at the bottom of each email.

How do I return an order?

Please email us at info@thevinyladventure.com for details on where to send the return product. You can return a product within the first 28 days of receiving your order.

My order has not arrived.

Standard delivery time is 1-2 days in the UK, 3-5 days for orders to Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the World. If you order is not with you within 2 weeks please get in touch with us at info@thevinyladventure.com and we will investigate. Please check with neighbours and the post office beforehand, in case a delivery has been attempted whilst you were out.

I have received damaged items, what do I do?

In the rare incident of you receiving your order in a faulty condition, please get in contact with us on 01484 540561 or info@thevinyladventure.com and we will send you a replacement. If this is not a feasible option, we will provide you with a full refund.
